First timer to DDs and it did not disappoint. Of course I ordered the Italian Hot Dog which is served in a homemade pizza dough roll with peppers and onions. A must try as this is now my favorite place for lunch.
Good food, amazing service and vibes!! Kindest family runs the place! I enjoyed the fajitas and the Colombian burger! They made our baby food for free and we didn't even ask!
BEST FOOD IN TOWN! We regret not stopping in sooner. Well priced, portions are HUGE, service is amazing, and the food is delicious! We were taken care of by the owner. He was the sweetest man with a very kind smile. Definitely worth a visit and I bet you leave like us, fully bellies and excited to come back.
Chili dogs were great!!! Spotless clean and really nice people work there. Italian hot dog was good, but peppers were a pinch overdone for me (skin separating from pulp). We will be back for sure.
Came here for breakfast one day from the outside i didn't know they served breakfast. I thought it was just hot dogs. But was i wrong they serve breakfast lunch and dinner And the whole menu is available anytime which is great for me bc sometimes i like something more then eggs in the morning. But this time i kept it traditional. I had 2 eggs fried with bacon and crispy fries with some toast. All that for $5 u cant beat that with a stick. Parents had the same thing we also added a side of sausage and some porkskin (Cheecharone idk how to spell it lol) on the side. Both sides were delicious as well. Hidden gem in the Beachwood area. Ill be coming back for lunch and dinner. The service was great. Very nice and friendly. The inside was immaculate clean and very bright and vibrant. The inside is very spacious with alot of seating. The food was fresh and tasty.
The guac is some of the best and you can order whatever you want to dip in it. I usually choose tostones or cassava. But the real star of the show is the Colombian burger, I would drive hours to eat it.
The location is easy to pass by, but when you finally pull into the lot and enter the premises you will be surprised. Very clean and nice diner style decor. Oh the real reason to be here is the menu lol So far everything we've tried has been both delicious and in generous proportions. Grilled Chicken or Skirt Steak fajitas...wow , very good. Granddaughter is a picky eater and she had the chicken and I had the steak and we both were very pleased. Grandson is worse than picky and only had mozzarella sticks. They too were fabulous! Grandma had the Grilled Chicken Quesadilla and that proclaimed to as excellent. All was great. Not fast food. Be patient when ordering but be prepared to enjoy some fine food. Only problem I had is understanding the name. Dickies Dogs which makes you drive past not wanting a hot dog place. But it is excellent Colombian styled dishes. Thank you
